About the role
The Department of Computer Science invites applications for two tenure-track Assistant Professor positions starting Fall 2027. We seek colleagues with an active research agenda in machine learning or data science and a genuine commitment to undergraduate and graduate teaching.
Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in computer science (9 credit hours per semester). Maintain an active, externally visible research program with peer-reviewed output. Supervise MSc theses and PhD candidates. Contribute to curriculum development and ABET accreditation activities. Serve on department and college committees.
Required Qualifications
PhD in Computer Science or a closely related field completed before the start date. Evidence of publications in reputable peer-reviewed venues. University-level teaching experience with strong student evaluations.
